Practical administration

Support that continues after tokenization.

Any real estate asset, operating business, or other project that is 100% or partially tokenized requires an ongoing management structure. Depending on the project, that structure may be an outside property-management or operating company, the company that tokenized the asset, the project sponsor, or Capstone Admin Services.

Our role

A practical operating layer—built to scale with the asset.

Capstone is designed to scale with the asset and the sponsor. At launch, services may be delivered by Capstone personnel, approved contract partners, or existing local operators. As the platform grows, Capstone may add proprietary operating capabilities through hiring, partnerships, or acquisitions.

Our role is practical: create a dependable administration layer after tokenization. We coordinate the workstreams that keep an asset organized, visible, and operationally supported—while the owner, issuer/SPV, licensed property manager, lender, broker-dealer, accountant, attorney, custodian, transfer agent, and other qualified providers continue to perform their respective roles.

Specific services are selected by project and documented in the applicable service agreement, management agreement, or vendor scope of work.

Operating structure

Clear responsibilities. Better coordination.

For real-estate and operating-company roll-ups, each platform company should establish centralized administrative services as it grows. Those functions may be built internally, retained locally, or contracted in whole or in part to Capstone Admin Services. This creates a repeatable foundation while preserving specialized operating knowledge at the asset or business level.

Role Typical responsibility How Capstone supports
