Verification

Verification paths for different levels of participation.

Each Basket Fund token is priced at $25,000. Verification requirements vary by investor type and participation level, with separate paths for accredited self-verification, institutional participation, and full authorization.

  • Accredited investors: Self-verification is available with a minimum of 8 tokens, equal to $200,000.
  • Institutions: Institutional participation begins at 40 tokens, equal to $1,000,000.
  • Full authorization: Purchases of 1 or more tokens outside the self-verification and institutional minimum paths proceed through full authorization.
  • Allocation: Capital may be allocated among the underlying funds based on the needs, timing, and opportunities of each fund.

Minimum participation is 8 tokens at $25,000 each, for a total of $200,000 through the accredited self-verification path.

Institutional tier

Institutional participation

Minimum participation is 40 tokens at $25,000 each, for a total of $1,000,000 for institutions.

Authorization

Full authorization path

Participation beginning at 1 token proceeds through full authorization when it does not fall within the self-verification or institutional participation paths.

Allocation

Flexible basket allocation

Capital may be allocated among Funds 1 through 5 based on the capital needs and strategic opportunities of each fund.

Process

How participation works.

Investors complete the applicable verification or authorization path and subscribe through the STWrwa.com token platform. Once participation is completed, capital is allocated across the underlying funds without requiring separate subscriptions for each fund.
